We just received our photographic inventory report for our flat. We are extremely delighted with the level of detail, accuracy and the layout of our report. We had a inventory clerk visit out flat y’day and we received our report within 24 hours just before our tenants are due to move in.
Very impressed with the speedy turnaround time and professionalism of the entire process. I have taken a pic of their sample report which is on their website. Their prices are very competitive and much lower then what our estate agents quoted. We had paid much higher inventory fee to our agent last year which included no photographs :(
With Ace Inventory Services, all of their reports are back up with photographs. One other thing I liked about them is that their prices are advertised online and there is no extra hidden fee such as parking. They also do not charge any extra money for any updates. All in all, we are happy with them and we highly recommend them :)
