Established in 2007.
This business was started in 2007 by Andy Smith as had been using local letting agents for his property and was dissapointed by their lack of interest in anything except their fees. Initially it only looked after Andy’s properties, but within a year there were 60 clients who also used 1st Asset. In the last 5 years 1st Asset 98% of all clients that have used 1st Asset are still using their Lettings and Estate Agency services.
