We offer the best of both worlds by leveraging the largest and wholly IP Next Generation Network in the UK and provide a secondary support layer to ensure we are on hand to take ownership of any escalated issues and channel these through to management, heads of departments and director level. Typically this encompasses solutions for voice (fixed & mobile), IP Telephony, Data Networking and IVR. I pay exceptional attention to detail and always keep organised.
