Window World’s price can not be beat for the product and service you receive. I actually had one window come from the factory wrong, but the service team was helpful in getting the one window custom made and installed in a timely manner. The management team was responsive and proactive in listening to my concerns in the delay, and they were able to compensate me somewhat for the late window. If you are able to request an installer, ask for Patrick. He was professional and courteous… but most importantly he did an excellent job installing the windows. I was remodeling the house where the windows were installed and there was no need for any touch up paint after the installation. Patrick and his team were prompt in arriving, quick in installing, and left the areas clean after installation.

These people should be avoided! They advertise a fixed price in there ad and boast YALE locks in the brochure. What you actually get is cheap and nasty locks, if you want glass in the windows the price then goes up, same if you want the windows to open. as for the fitting, haha they cant even put the glass in without breaking it, and still over a week later no glass! lock in door loose, trims hanging off, window not sealed, outside brickwork left exposed, not to mention the mess left in my garden. The whole job is a mess I’ve even had to contact trading standards and citizens advice to get the job finished. Wouldn’t trust them to fit a window in my shed! AVIOD!
