Walton Vale Post Office

l called at this cesspit last week and believe me, it’s not improved with time. The elderly male assistant had obviously decided that his job in serving a customer was going to take forever and heaven forbid that he should rush. The older female with glasses and fake red hair decided she’d completely ignore the increasing queue, whilst the younger female was doing the best she could. l stood there for ages before storming out unserved and muttering, «Some places never change». l went further along Walton Vale on the other side of the road to the small shop where you can pay bills. l was in and out within a minute so quite honestly, l would delight in seeing that post office closing down because with the attitudes they have there, it amazes me how it survives, and it doesn’t deserve to.

Not a favourite post office of mine. It’s a hard area, in my opinion, and I don’t usually feel comfortable around the people I find in the queues here. Your liable to get run down by a mother of questionable sobriety pushing a pram like there’s no tomorrow.
I don’t find the staff here particularly friendly either. That could be because of the kind of clients they have to deal with, but let’s bolster up, folks, hmm? :D
