If you like your sandwiches, chances are that you will have been to Subway but if you’re not such a fan, then it is definitely worth trying out some of their tasty subs, all of which you can choose to your preference in terms of filling and type of bread. Whether you would like it toasted is another question without extra charge. There are just so many Subways around Liverpool now, that it is quite frankly hard to ignore! Every now and then I pass by one of their branches and there is something new on their menu temporarily. I would fancy the peri peri chicken sub one day; it just sounds so mouth watering. Once you’re in Subway, it is hard to resist trying out something different each time and why not? It is quite pricey for half a sub but they are actually more filling than they appear, especially if you have extra additions like salad. I wouldn’t suggest going at peak lunch hours as it gets busy and queues get so long.

We all know I loathe Subway’s over-sized portions and domination of the market place. What you probably don’t know is that I also loathe their bland logo, dumb TV adverts and McDonalds-esque uniforms. On the positive side, each time I walk buy this branch I feel a little more tempted to go in and try one of their Chicken Peri Peri sandwiches. I know I’d probably need to flatten it to manage a bite but the idea of spicy and zesty chicken strips on a bed of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and green pepper sounds kinda, erm, tasty. :chuckle:
