It’s situated just off the busy dual carriageway that is Queen’s Drive — and that’s the first problem: there’s a turning to the left just before the entrance to the garage (Waldgrave Road), and negotiating your way past there onto the forecourt can be challenging at busy times.
The second problem is that the site is small, and the shop therefore has only a very limited range of stock. Not a problem if all you want to do is fill up your car, but I’ve been caught out once or twice by the lack of certain items there.
If it was guaranteed to be the cheapest place in town, you might put up with these drawbacks; but whilst it’s not expensive, it’s rarely the cheapest — so all in all, my recommendation would be to fill up elsewhere.
