The power tool centre is just down London road from the large machine mart shop. It may seem a puzzle as to why you may go here rather than to the machine mart which appears to be much bigger. However appearances are deceptive and the power tool centre is definitely worth visiting. It is the main supplier of black and Decker tools and parts in the country and its wide range of specialist tools are well priced and there is a wide range of replacement parts should you need them.
Being an independent shop, the staff at tool mart are extremely knowledgeable on the product range and are always happy to help with any enquires or problems. I can not recommend the service in here enough its wide range and helpful staff make it the perfect shop for any DIY enthusiast or commercial business.

From the outside the Power Tool Centre looks like a basic garden tool and work wear shop. Inside you will find some quite specialised tools and equipment from the higher end of the market such as DeWalt, Markita (my personal favourite power tools manufacturer), Silverline, Festool, Proxxon and Stanley. They stock just about everything including a very good selection of work boots and safety equipment.
The staff are helpful and know the products well. When I need a spare part or more often a repair on my power tools (not often with Makita) and garden home accessories I’m here. If you live further afield they offer a mail order service.
Why go to a large chain — these guys are so much better.
