I know I keep referring to the Met Quarter in terms of sale period, but seriously, the bargains in the World of WAG are waiting to be had, and this awesome Levi’s boutique is no exception. I was lucky enough to capture a gorgeous, simple ribbed vest and a cute pair of pumps when I was searching amidst the hustle and bustle of reduced prices. See, Levi’s isn’t all about the denim remember? You can get some great accessories too. But if it is the denim you’re keen on, as well as jeans you can get some exceptionally lovely shirts as well as bib and brace playsuits for the ladies(or the men… I don’t know what you get up to on a weekend, I won’t judge) or dungarees, shorts, skirts, hotpants, you name it. It’s a decent size for what it sells and at no point did I feel particularly cramped, plus the staff were very helpful. Levi’s are probably one of the most famous denim brands you’ll come across, so if you want a little piece of the action hit this place in the summertime and yoink a bargain. I’ve always loved their denim and I simply can’t argue with that level of quality!

Jeans are now such a ubiqutous fashion item that it can be easy to forget that you can’t beat certain brands for their quality and feel. About a decade ago everyone was certain that jeans would soon die out only for this brand to reinvent them with new styles and cuts at a time when the retro skinny cut was also coming back. Now you can’t move for them — literally in the case of some of Topman’s ridiculous fashion victim styles! Compared to many other high street shops Levi’s are a lot more expensive but you can’t deny that you are paying for quality and as has been proven by the surplus amounts of second hand jeans found in thousands of charity/vintage shops, they will last forever!

Levi’s, one of my personal favourite brands of clothing, and this shop really does the brand justice! I’ve shopped here on and off for three years, and I must say, what a great bunch of staff this shop has always had! Not over friendly, but extremely helpful, the sales are great and fairly frequent and the clothes are fairly good quality. Fairly good, although the tee shirts don’t seem to have much shelf life and the shoes are known to be poor quality. One pair I bought fell apart after three months! The hoodies and jeans are great though, good quality and good shelf life! I would recommend catching their end of season sale as they mark stuff down by up to 50% sometimes! I’ve never had a Hollister style greeting in here as I walk into the store, and I hope they haven’t employed this tactic. This is Liverpool, we don’t want to be asked ‘Hey guys what’s up’ as we walk into a shop. It makes us feel like you think we’re shoplifters!

The Levi’s store in the MetQuarter Liverpool presents all the unique and quirky traits of a completely typical and forgettable high street shop. For some reason this particular Levi’s shop seems to be very formatted and bland. Perhaps I was too fresh back from the Oxford street branch of my favourite jeans manufacturer that I was unimpressed by browsing through this Liverpool branch. The staff in here — whilst helpful, gave a Hollister style welcome(i.e. cheesy and over the top) yes I know I’m in a Levi’s shop, and yes I’m sure I’ll be able to locate you in an emergency. Of course I’ll still buy jeans from here but they seem to keep rising in price for every new line that comes out and nothing other than the fact that I already know and love their jeans seems to be my attraction to this shop.

Slim Loose Flared Bootleg Engineered Vintage Classic Levi Blue 504 511 512 or 501? Actually, could I have one pair of each please? Also, a leather belt and couple of those soft cotton, vintage tees?
