O2

The O2 shop is situated at the edge of the shopping arcade which leads to Liverpool Central Station. Although I used to go past the shop every day I didn’t venture inside as I usually order my mobile upgrades over the telephone. But one day I was due to upgrade and I just couldn’t decide, so I decided to go in and have a look at the available handsets.
The first thing I saw was the newly released (at the time) iPhone. I knew this wasn’t affordable for me at the time, but I decided to have a play anyway. After a short time a member of staff came over and offered to give me a demonstration. I explained that it was out of my price range and I was just having a look so the man left me alone.
I then went to look at the phones that were on display, which was why I had come in in the first place. They had an excellent range of phones on display, from the most basic phones to the latest smart phones. Again I was asked if I needed any help so I explained I was due for an upgrade and was here to try aid my decision. The salesman showed me the most popular phones, gave me an outline of the features and then asked if I would like to upgrade today rather than phoning up and waiting for a new handset to be delivered.
I decided that I may as well, and he led me to the area where upgrades are processed on the computer. He entered my details and was able to confirm I was able to upgrade, and told me which phones were available for me. The blackberry which I had liked the most was available for me to upgrade to, and they had them in stock.
After a short time my upgrade was processed and I left the shop with my new shiny pretty blackberry. The service was friendly and helpful and extremely efficient and thorough. I have been back since for other upgrades.

In search of some iPhone assistance earlier this month I ventured into the O2 shop in central station. It is a very conveniently located shop and it represents a good source of advice for O2 customers and prospective customers alike. After being (rarely) being rebuked by a busy Apple store I found this shop and its workers to be a great source of advice, quick and simple and not eager to add to my already eye wateringly expensive contract, their advice was useful and I can recommend this shop which doesn’t seem to be especially busy. Managers deals sometimes appear outside the shop and are always worth a look too.
