Nosh is a simple little takeaway restaurant in the docks area which also has its own seating and the ability to conjure up some tasty treats for its customers. This place does not have the class of its competitors but has a friendly feel and some good tasting food to boot. This isn’t the kind of place that you would head to expecting a full three course dinner with all the trimmings; it is a rather more simple place than that. There is plenty in the way of sandwiches here and you can easily grab something to take with you on a walk around the area during a busy day. On the whole a convenient and pleasant little place which provides ample nourishment when required.

Nosh is a bit like a Café Nero with breakfasts and a better choice of food. It has a smart appearance with outside seating overlooking the dock moorings and keyside. Nosh specials include the usual soup and sandwiches which at £3.99 are reasonably priced. The range of bottled milkshakes, J2O and water can’t possibly compete with the milkshake shop a few doors away. Great place for a take away or eat in jacket potato.
