The Mint Casino is the same company as Circus Casino which is also located in the city centre. Mint Casino doesn’t appear on the same wavelength as Circus Casino in terms of its décor and number of slot machines and tables. It does however attract an abundance of customers most of which will be loyal and regular gamblers. Otherwise, customers may see it as a place for socialising and going for a drink or two. They also have a restaurant that opens from approximately 11pm daily which serves a selection of Chinese meals — not surprising when you see the number of Chinese customers at the casino! Whilst there is no set menu, the food is cheap as a fiver for 3 courses. Whether or not you’re a serious gambler, Mint Casino offers an entertainment experience in the heart of town. Of course, that’s if you’re winning!

Mint Casino is on Renshaw Street in the middle of Liverpool City Centre. It offers a wide range of casino favourites such as blackjack, stud poker and roulette, the usual things you can expect really, nothing thrilling. Now, the restaurant is something else… for starters it opens at 11pm and closes at 3am. It does serve freshly cooked chinese food which is a bargain at a fiver for three courses! The bar menu is served from midday to 5.30am aside from during the Chinese opening hours. This is an ok place to stop for a bargain meal and a couple of drinks in the middle of the night, or before you head home after a night out. I wouldn’t really recommend it as a long stay place… maybe the start of a stag do or something equally as cheesy.
