We are a fully licensed and insured, professional house /​property clearance company. We perform full clearances, removing everything requested such as carpets, cookers, washing machines, all clutter and furniture. We also clear garages, lofts, office spaces and commercial buildings. If requested, we can also clean the property to help improve its rental chances or its selling appeal on the housing market.

We operate all over Merseyside and North Wales taking just about anything from a single item to multiple loads.

Our services are used by local authorities, housing associations, solicitors, estate agents and the general public.

We are focused on diverting as much waste as possible away from landfill. We are a motivated organisation and aim to achieve recycling rates as high as 85%.

History

Established in 2010.

Merseyside House & Property Clearance was born from Merseyside Antiques Consortium. We found many clearance companies tip a great deal of items, items that could be restored and resold or given to one of many supported charities. Many waste companies are unaware of items they disregard.
