I have shopped here for many years and never had a problem until now.
i had to tell someone!
i bought an item which cost a lot of money, delivery was to be 2 months, i recieved a letter from the warehouse to tell me when the delivery was to be and i had to pay them the balance to which i did. then i got a phone call to say sorry your item is out of stock ?. and they did not when delivery was to be.
I telephoned the shop in speke and spoke to the man who sold me the item.
His reply to me… was, and you wont believe this QUOTE: «to be honest we sell you the goods and take your money after that it’s not our responsibility».
wow that’s customer service for you.
