The staff at Goodfella’s could learn a thing or two from Domino’s. Not only do they churn out their pizzas faster but they look and taste a hundred times better. The Pepperoni pizza has a nice kick to it and the Texas BBQ with roast chicken and smoky bacon is pretty appetising for a fast-food joint. The sides are usually pretty good too. Where Domino’s fail miserably is their veggie pizzas. Instead of offering tasty ingredients like artichokes, asparagus, sunblush tomatoes and goats cheese, they stick to predictable ingredients like tomatoes, green peppers, onions, mushrooms and sweetcorn. Whilst this is okay when you’re starving or hungover, it’s less appealing the rest of the time.

Domino’s Pizza is probably the number one pizza parlour and best for deliveries. At London Road, making and delivering piping hot, tasty pizza is what the team do best. Their pizzas are all made to order using good quality ingredients. Fresh dough is topped with vine-ripened tomato sauce and real mozzarella then customised with fresh and tasty toppings from around the world. There are so many combinations of toppings, sauces and bases, that there’s a pizza to suit all tastes. Domino’s occasionally have special offers which are always worth keeping an eye out for. My personal all time favourite has to be the classic ham and pineapple which is delicious at Domino’s and makes me want to go back for more!
