Great meal when you’re in a hurry — cheap cheerful, large portions and family run. You can’t eat at the shop, but great for taking back to the office at lunchtime. The chicken Catsu Curry will outdo that of Wagamama at a fraction of the cost. For a healthier bit still delicious and filling meal– try the Beef Bibimbap with boiled rice. I love this place!

Cheap sushi is an oxymoron but Chop Chop manages to get a good balance between price and quality. California roll is £3.60 for 7 reasonably sized pieces. Rice makes the perfect light meal and noodles come a close second. The Teriyaki and Katsu Curry dishes are delicious. I’ve not tried the bibimbap which I’m guessing is a Korean dish of mixed vegetable, meat and egg. If you are bored of sandwiches and scouse then this is a «fresh healthy tasty» alternative.
Chop Chop is open Mon-​Fri for lunch and evening meals and cate for outside events and parties. Free local delivery for order over £10
