We specialise particularly in giving your desktop computer or laptop a full service or full refurbishment — that will make your computer run like it’s brand new, giving you a massive saving instead of buying a new computer!
History
Established in 2009.
The business was started by Paul Freeman-Powell, a graduate of Liverpool University. Created and run by former students, caeus.com particularly understands the needs of students and is pleased to provide computer repair and laptop repair services to students living both in the halls of residence and in shared accommodation around Liverpool.
We have also built up a good, strong customer base with numerous home users around the South Liverpool area, and our customers frequently recommend us to their family and friends.
We pride ourselves in offering top quality levels of customer service, explaining computer faults in easy-to-understand language and recommending repair services which represent excellent value for money. We always give an estimate of price before taking your equipment away, and we have a policy of informing the you beforehand if any extra costs may be incurred, giving the choice of whether or not you wish to proceed.
Meet the Business Owner
Paul F — P.
Business Owner
Paul’s love for computers started when he was about 11 — before his family even owned a computer. He soon discovered a flair for producing interactive, user-friendly and visually impressive web experiences which, combined with his entrepreneurial flair, saw the birth of caeus.com. He also quickly earned a reputation among friends as being «the one who knows how to fix computers», a skill which earned him a job at the University of Liverpool’s Computing Services Department, before the business was founded. In his spare time, Paul also contributes to the live music scene as a keen drummer. The highlight of Paul’s «music career» so far has been being recognised by a stranger on the outskirts of a Birmingham nightclub’s crowded dance floor. Paul also enjoys writing about himself in the third person.
