Buckels Garden Centre is a large independent horticultural nursery. We are a family run garden centre and have been growing for over 100 years on the same site. We grow our own winter and summer bedding plus a large variety of tomato and other vegetable plants. We import plants weekly from around the world. During Christmas time we have our Christmas Grotto which is open every weekend from late November to Christmas Eve. Our real Christmas trees always prove popular each year which a wide variety of Christmas decorations too.
History
Established in 1915.
Buckels Nursery, originally owned by the Buckels Family placed lots of emphasis on the growing aspect of garden retail and providing high quality plants for their customers. Today this ethos still exists within the company, although the the retail aspect of the business may have grown we still grow our own summer and winter beddings, offering our customers a high quality product direct from our Liverpool site.
