Probably THE best spot for food in Lisburn, excellent local produce and a lovely group of staff. Always busy which says a lot, would recommend to anyone.

Can’t remember how long it’s been open but I used to be a regular before moving away for uni. Now anytime I am home or have my boyfriend with me this is one of my first choices of places to go. I love the themes nights and seafood night on Fridays is my favourite by far. Every week the menu is different so it’s a really good way of trying different things even though I’ll always go for scallops and black pudding. The last time we went my boyfriend ordered the mixed fish and chips and had sweet potato fries and loads of little different types of fish battered and served in newspaper in the plate. Also, one of my favourite ever desserts is made here, I love banoffee pie but here they’ve mixed it up slightly and have strawberry instead of banana and it is genuinely the best thing ever! With some cream and icing sugar on top it is just amazing! They also have a curry night that I’ve been to, and often do deals for lunch etc that I’ve only been to once when shopping there. This place is really really good though, it isn’t massive but well worth paying a visit to.

Have been here quite a few times-definitely the best eatery in Lisburn in my opinion! The Thai sliders are unbelievable… cannot get enough of them and the sweet potato fries :) The themed menus are great value too, curry, tapas and seafood nights are a must try. All in all I have not one bad thing to say about this little gem of a place other than it just isn’t big enough lol

Went here for lunch/early dinner after receiving a gift voucher. Can’t say I really had noticed it before. Food was excellent. Just fancied a burger and was quite surprise at how tasty it was. Definitely would return again.

Cage square is a really nice modern restaurant in Lisburn square and serves good food all day! They have a 2 course lunch special for just £13, which is pretty good! The menu changes often which is really nice and you’ll never know what you’re going to be offered! They are very busy during the lunch rush with workers and shoppers alike, and in the evening the atmosphere is more intimate and relaxed. When I was last there, the steak, I must say, was absolutely perfect and the service as always was brilliant. The standards never slip here and the sticky toffee pudding is oh so yummy! They also offer live music in the form of a guitarist on Saturday evenings which adds to the already relaxed atmosphere. Bistro Square offers the menu and service you would expect to find in London or Belfast’s hot spots! Really worth a visit! Would advise booking for the evening though!
