Phoenix Chinese Restaurant & Take Away

Called for the first time last night to order a takeaway ready for collection. When I started to place my order the guy told me he ‘recognised’ my voice from ‘number 5′ starting with a «now you listen to me» followed by an endless stream of abuse, I tried to explain that there has to be some sort of mix up here but couldn’t get a word in! At the point of him calling me a «f**king n*bhead» I hung up and ordered elsewhere. To a point I can appreciate that he must have had some hassle prior, but I’m extremely offended by how I was blindly dealt with like this. Regardless of the hassle he has had with someone else this is an extremely unprofessional way to deal with it, especially when he had the wrong person! Needless to say that after this experience I will not be using this restaurant.

I really enjoyed this takeaway and found the food was really nice
