Manhattan34 was the brain child of two of Leicester’s longest standing bartenders. Being situated in an old art gallery the property lends some unique features to this already amazing bar.

I’m a motivated and creative person who has always been very academic but without the drive to capitalise on it. I get bored very easily and find myself constantly thinking of new ideas before the first one is completed. However, this has led me to open my own bar and because of the way my brain works each cocktail and each menu is always very different from the last and never stays the same for long.
