History

Established in 2000.

I started this business as a Sky Retailer. We only installed sky systems. We then moved into European satellite as this seemed the natural progression for satellite.

For the way we looked after customers, they started asking us for AV equipment (TV’s, Video — In those days, DVD, etc). We then decided that we were getting enough enquiries to justify supplying these products.

We are now a complete AV supplier, which means we do all satellite and AV products and price ourselves on the service we give to our customers. You just need to read our reviews on review centre to understand how good we are.

Hi Guys

I’m Bhavik Patel and I love technology. This means that my business is very focused on 3 things:

1. Having the ability to convey complicated technology in a simple way and a way that is understood by you.

2. Looking after you as if you are a family member. I was always taught by my dad that if you genuinely want to help people, you will always do well, and i stand by this.

3. When you come to us for a solution, we will always find one, if there is a solution out there, in the most cost effective way possible.

Everyday, i strive to improve the business and make sure it is the best we can be. This does mean late nights and early starts to make sure everything gets done, but i love what i do, and that is something that is the foundation of this business.
