Despite having wandered past this place several times, usually in some kind of urgent panic knowing me, I’ve never been overly inclined to step in and so last weekend I decided to have a nose inside. I’m not sure what I thought it was exactly, I remember always seeing the name and possibly some cow decals and being a bit too bewildered to nip in, being an oft rushed kind of person. Anyhow, in I went, and was immediately greeted by a friendly sales girl who I thanked and let her know I was just there to have a browse. The clothes selection on offer was certainly quite a nice range; the overall vibe of the design was a sort of sweetie, country girl kind of style. They had lots of sweet little cotton print dresses, over the knee pull up cotton socks, embroidered knee length flare out skirts — the kind that might twirl out if one spun around in some kind of delicate perfume advert kind of manner. Probably in a field somewhere with the sun setting, butterflies flitting about and long grass stems swaying in a breeze. These are the images the clothes bring to my mind. Anyway. Back to planet earth! I guess the overriding theme here is that the clothes were of a high quality, nicely designed and of a medium price range — skirts that I took note of ranged from £40-£60 or thereabouts. The items weren’t quite my style, but I think they would befit many a lovely lady in Leeds. Not bad!
