Specialties
The New Conservatory has a long and distinguished history. It’s one of Leeds’ abiding favourites, and combines café, bar and restaurant. Truly one of a kind, you can step downstairs into the New Conservatory at any time of day and find the oasis you’re looking for.
Right in the heart of Leeds opposite Toni & Guy, the New Conservatory is a just a stone’s throw away from new Trinity Leeds shopping centre.
History
Established in 1975.
The grand, ornately carved mahogany bar has been the centrepiece of this iconic Leeds venue for as long as anyone can remember.
Its generous dimensions enable us to stock and serve a very wide range of spirits, cask ales, wines and cocktails. We serve cask ales from small local breweries like nearby Kirkstall with some award winners amongst them, world beers including Tsingtao and Brooklyn, fruit beers and ciders — the choice is ever-growing.
