I am really shocked at reading the reviews on here as I received great service from these guys! They quoted me a reasonable price and got the job done quickly and most important cleanly! The conservatory they fitted for me was brilliant and I’ve had no problems since. They even sent me flowers as a thank you afterwards! I have double checked the company and this is definitely the correct one so don’t understand why people have had bad service.

I agree. Very quick to install and take my money, took 4 months to correct teething problems. Now have a problem with my roof which has not been fixed since I reported it 7 months ago!
5 lots of men have been to inspect it, I have wasted days off work because appointments have been cancelled at the last minute, it seems like the the staff on the phone are unable to make any decisions because I am always told that things have to be checked with management, I am promised someone will ring me back but this rarely seems to happen and I have to chase it up, the owner seems to spend most of his time out of the country, and I am sure I have been lied to on several occasions with feeble excuses.
I have already told my friends who are wanting a conservatory not to use this company. Do not get a quote from them because even the man that came out initially told us a ‘story’ about how an old couple had given backwards at the last minute so they could fit us in for installation within a couple of weeks, shoud have seen the alarm bells ringing then.
I would not even give them a 1 star rating, aftersales care has been appalling!
