Craft shops are normal to find however I don’t think it is often that you stumble upon a shop dedicated to the craft of making cakes.
If you are starting out on a venture of making an extraordinary cake to wow and impress you’ll find the equipment you need in this treasure trove of cake making equipment. The owner is an expert cake crafter and so can make said amazing cake or is very happy to offer advice on how to create your own masterpiece.

Considering how fashionable DIY crafts like knitting, scrapbooking and sewing have become of recent years, I wouldn’t be surprised if I returned to this shop in six months time to find it overflowing with achingly trendy mums trampling on each others’ Ugg boots to get to the last cookie cutter. For now, though, Cake Craft remains a timeless relic of a golden age when birthday cakes were lovingly hand crafted in the image of favourite cartoon characters without the risk of infringing on intellectual property rights… come here to be reminded of your gran and marvel over floor to ceiling stacks of shimmering, metallic objects, the true purpose of which is only revealed to those over the age of 75.
