I just live round the corner from Bramley Ironmongers, and nothing’s ever too much trouble for the owner. If he doesn’t have it in stock, he’ll do his best to find it for you, and is more than happy to help out with advice if you’re looking for something specific. It’s so nice to have a friendly local shop instead of the soulless large department stores thank you!

Had 4 copies of one key cut there, thinking I would save money, rather than going to Headingley which is closer to me. Unfortunately the first lot didn’t work so returned to the shop to re-​do. This was done with no bother, however only 3 out of the 4 worked, so turned out to be a false economy and a time waster for me and the estate agent.

Great little shop that has helped me out on lots of occasions with my DIY problems. They sell all the items you need for those DIY jobs around the house, like paint, locks, screws, nails etc. They also cut keys at a great price. A lot cheaper than the Tipmson’s chain in Leeds.
They are always really friendly and offer you advice if you need it. When one of the fuses went in my house i took the very old fuse block round to the shop to see if they knew how to fix it. They sold me some fuse wire and showed me how to thread the wire round the fuse.
