Business Owner

My name is Julia Mander, the owner of Balloonz By Juelz and I am a balloon decorator of many years experience. I started decorating with balloons when I opened my first shop in 2000. My first efforts were simple table arrangements but over the years I have developed my skills through training and experimenting. I enjoy making different things with balloons and love a challenge. I only use top quality Qualitex balloons which in my opinion are the best there is and I am a member of the Qualitex Balloon Network (QBN) which is an accredited standard in balloon decorating.
