AD Properties

Andrew has been my landlord of mine for 3 years, two properties and I have just signed for a new house from him. A few of my other friends have also let properties from him.
I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has a portfolio of 2 — 4 bed properties around the Headingley, Hyde Park, Burley Park and Kirkstall area. Amid a market of dodgy landlords and letting agencies littering the streets of these areas, AD Properties really are a benchmark and they certainly deserve their platinum Unipol Rating.
Whenever we have had any issues in our properties, Andrew has been there in a flash. He takes his responsibilities very seriously and always strives to keep his tenants happy as possible. This is evident from the loyalty his tenants have, and many if they leave one of his properties, due to size, move into another one of his to suit.
Did I mention he sends a gardener round to maintain his properties with a bit of greenery?
He is extremely fair and offers a great price on his bonds, which are protected by the government scheme, and their are no ‘admin fee’s’ when signing a contract. I have always believed it is worth finding a private landlord in which you can deal with direct, especially in these locations. But I cannot say more for AD Properties, wonderful!
