I had a burst pipe on 22nd December with huge amounts of water flooding into my kitchen. I called Emergency Man who promised to be out within an hour, allbeit for a very expensive hourly rate. After an hour and 20 minutes they called to say that our plumber was likely to be 4 – 5 hours on his current job and that there were 3 jobs after that before me in the queue and suggested I find someone else. I then called another plumber who was there in 25 minutes and charged a lot less for a very good job done. Terrible customer service.
