Specialties
Gourmet Toasties made with locally sourced, delicious tasting ingredients.
History
Established in 2011.
The Jabberwocky was established so that Barny, a chef, could finally get out of the kitchen and meet his customers. Flic, who was bored of working in marketing, soon followed and together the bought the Beast, an ancient VW LT 31 with a heart of gold and a top speed of walking pace +3.
They decided on toasties as their street food of choice because no one else was doing it properly, it was a uniquely British food and you just can’t go wrong with a toastie.
Now firmly established in the heart of the Birmingham and Warwickshire street food scene they tour the Midlands bringing their unique combinations of cheese, local ingredients and 90s movie quotes to the people.
