I have been here a few times with my family as my 12 yr old daughter likes it. The service is always terribly slow. The food is mixed. I have had the seafood ravioli once and it was fabulous, then ordered it again another time and it was less than mediocre. Tonight the manager swore at an employee within hearing distance of my children (f off) I was very upset about this especially as my daughter has special needs and copies whatever she hears. He knew We overheard but instead if apologising tried to be extra friendly and suddenly provided the type of service I would have expected in the first place. I will not be returning.

This restaurant, although part of a popular chain, never seems very busy any time I go in. Although this means service is quick, efficient and usually to a high standard, it also makes me wonder what it is they might be doing wrong. The food is good, but not overwhelmingly brilliant and the atmosphere is ok, but now empowering. It is a nice place to go, but I often feel that if you’re after going somewhere different, perhaps choose elsewhere.

All cooked fresh to order which is great news now days! Prices are reasonable, you pay to eat out, staff are usually helpful.

Ask is a lovely place to go for either lunch or dinner. The prices are reasonable, the food good — is Italian based food and the staff friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is on a busy main road however, once your in there you don’t really notice the traffic.
It’s a great place for families with small children and going too with your friends.
