this guy is great. you phone up, talk to his wife to make an appointment, you give her a breif description of the problem and the make and model of the appliance. he comes out, takes a look and tells you the problem, and whether he can repair it or not. my washing machine broke down and he came out had a look and suggested i clean out the filter myself, if he done it he’d have to charge me, so i did, but still it did not work, so he came out again, done a few tests, and went away and ordered a part and arranged to come back again. on his 3^rd visit he replaced the part, and then i paid him. he is a lovely honest guy, that does not take advantage and he does not charge you an arm and a leg. i always recommend him.
