We also provide hosting on our own servers for both web sites and email. Email accounts include spam filtering and virus scanning of all mail at the server.

History

Established in 2004.

Started as a sole trader in 2004, business has grown steadily over the years. Fonant incorporated as a Limited Company in 2009.

Meet the Business Owner

Anthony C.

Business Owner

Anthony studied Mechanical Engineering at University, and went on to work for Ricardo Consulting Engineers performing research on engines for cars and lorries. While working on a project to develop an Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle to meet Californian legislation, Anthony developed some software to make analysing emissions results significantly faster. He went on to develop successful software for helping analyse engine noise and performance in Ricardo’s Refinement Centre.

Finding that software development, and in particular building web applications, was a strength, Anthony set up his own business working freelance as a sole trader. Business has grown, and Fonant is now a successful limited company.
