History
Established in 2010.
Having been teaching Fitness for many years in the community and leisure centres, I found that there wasn’t any specialised classes for pregnant ladies. Having specific classes purely for pregnancy allowed the ladies to come to the classes with the knowledge knowing the teacher was an Expert in that area and without feeling uncomfortable or waiting around for the teacher to give certain exercises to do. That’s why I started this business and due to the lack of pregnancy classes around locally to me while I was pregnant. I believe it’s important to keep fit and healthy during pregnancy. I am fully qualified level 3 Ante Natal & Post Natal Expert.

I am a fully qualified Ante Natal & Post Natal Expert, as well as Yoga/Pilates Expert, Specialised Populations & Advanced Personal Trainer Expert, Dance Teacher, YogaNutz Owner to where I teach children from 2 years upto 16 years old. REPs Level 3.
Having been teaching for many years and specialised in many areas, I thrive on helping people achieve their goals whether it’s staying fit and healthy during pregnancy, Losing their mummy tummy afterbirth, preparing for their wedding day, Christmas party, weight loss, back problems, diabetics and asthma to name a few, I’m here to help.
I like keeping up to date in the fitness industry by attending courses and workshops, to much knowledge is never enough.
