Established in 1981 A2B Cars are one of Nottingham’s most prominent suppliers of Private Hire ‘Taxi’ and Specialist Transport Services. We take pride in providing safe and reliable vehicles with the relevant insurance and quality drivers who are licensed and checked with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) for our customer’s piece of mind. With a network of offices we aim to provide a localised service throughout the East Midlands and nationwide. All A2B Cars Drivers are working towards a recognised NVQ level 2 Road Passenger Transport Qualification.

Manager
I have been working for the A2B Cars group now since 2009. My involvement in the taxi/private hire industry goes as far back as 1994 where I was a company director operating within the Broxtowe Borough Council catchment area.
This role can be very demanding at times but is also very satisfying. Being responsible for a 24 hour business means that my job is not 9 — 5 and can often require working different patterns.
We pride ourselves on giving an excellent customer service and this comes straight from the top by following the «Lead by example» policy that I try and promote.
Our aim is to give a 100% on time service but due to factors beyond my control then this is not always possible but it is how these are managed. Customer service is at the forefront of our growth. Positive and negative feedback is always welcomed to enable myself to improve on how we operate as a business.
