I was on my way to my regular spot for a panini after an unexpected shopping trip when I spotted this little place with a halal sign on the window. As always, curiosity makes me fat and so I took a step in and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who pointed proudly to the halal chicken certificate/sticker they had on the wall when I asked about it. They had a good 4 options of types of rice/noodles with around 4 chicken dishes, I opted in for the chilli chicken and chicken teriyaki on some egg fried rice in a small pot(a good hearty meal by my standard) for only £5.20. Upgrade to a large for like 50p if you’re feeling malnutritioned. For me, 5 stars was well deserved with the friendliness and informative customer service I received plus the sheer NOM factor of the food — absolutely no grease. I was full but not that gross full feeling which I complimented perfectly with a Japanese Green Tea can from there too. All in all, I kind of wish I was back in my uni days where I lived in that area, just so I can have such an experience regularly — Oh! There’s a loyalty card for those who frequent there where you can get the 11th meal free(value of up to £4.70) = SCORE
