Description

Specialties

We have a personal and bespoke approach to selling or letting your home in London and Surrey. Our concept is simple; to provide you with a dedicated Personal Relationship Manager to guide you through every stage of the process, from marketing to moving. They will handle a limited portfolio, thereby making sure their clients are always treated with respect and courtesy. We will challenge the perceptions that people have of estate agents by showing that we can be honest, and straight talking. We will only employ exceptional people, who will do exceptional things, every day. Above all, we believe in total transparency and an openness and honesty not normally associated with the industry.

History

Established in 2013.

We are immensely proud of our business. Ivy Gate is owned and managed by exceptional people who love the brand and believe passionately in the model. They are experts in their local area; they’re part of the community and have been operating in the area for many years.

The ‘Ivy Gate’ proposition has probably attracted more media interest than any other new estate agency model in the past 10 years as the first estate agent brave enough to come out and say that conventional front office models will soon become a thing of the past.

By operating in a cost effective way, our ambitious and dedicated local sales and lettings agents operate a personal relationship model where you deal with one person throughout every stage of the process, from marketing to moving. Combine that with an enviable brand position and a personal marketing approach, and it’s a winning combi

Based in Wimbledon, I was responsible for the Sales and Lettings divisions for 8 offices in the region.

Most recently I was regional Managing Director for a well known national brand, looking after 24 offices within the London area with a turnover in excess £8m. I was responsible for sales, lettings, financial services and all other residential income streams, and successfully lead the brand to a significant and unprecedented swing in both revenue and profitability. I achieved this in two ways; by developing a culture where my team were always passionate, enthusiastic and energetic, and secondly by treating our clients as people not just as property owners.
