Manager

Alison has been the manager of TimeTwisters since it first opened in July 2006. Her enthusiasm for excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards within the centre have been a significant factor in helping to establish TimeTwisters as the premier indoor play and party centre in the country. Her ever smiling presence is never far away if anyone ever needs any help or assistance.

For a childrens play area (which is amazing too) the food is fantastic! Big portions and good bacon rolls. The food here is fantastic!

I have two children and a third on the way. I consider myself something of an expert in the professional fleecing that is the modern soft play centre and this is not a good one in my opinion. It’s large (hard to find your kids in) and it’s not clean. In fact it smells bad. Like dirty socks. The toilets are not clean and the food is both overpriced and nothing special. It’s out at the back of beyond and not easy to find in an industrial hinterland and it’s expensive. You get better value for money elsewhere.

Although I’ve already commented on a previous review, I thought I’d write one of me own. I went to TimeTwisters yesterday after school with our 2 kids and it was as good as ever. The kids went off playing for ages only returning to get refreshments. We also stayed for our dinner A delicious chicken fajita for me and sausages & mash for the kids clean plates all round. Staff really friendly and helpful, so couldn’t have been happier. The vote from our family is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I personally found Time Twisters to be expensive (entry, food) & the staff unhelpful, the food was not acceptable to me personally & I booked a party that I personally felt did not reflect the price I paid. It’s hard to find & I personally feel that the lay out of the softplay area isn’t suitable for my children’s needs or our safety standards.

I visited Time Twisters on a very wet February morning when the schools were off and was told it was the busiest day they had had. We did have to wait about half an hour to get in but it was well worth the wait.
The play area is well designed, fun, educational and good value for money. The play area is great. I had a three year old and a seven year old with me and they both had a ball. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Although the place was really busy, they were all smiling and nothing was too much bother. And the tables and chairs were good quality and comfortable — unusual in a soft play area!
There was a long wait for food because of the volume of lunch orders but the food, when it came was excellent. There was a wonderful choice of healthy options and the portion sizes were generous. When the food arrived it was hot and well presented.
The play area was safe and well secure — I had no fears that anyone could get in or out without permission from staff and the toilets were clean and well equipped. I was impressed with the stickers to encourage children to wash their hands too.
Overall, I cannot recommend Time Twisters highly enough. Although it is a little pricier than some other soft play areas, it is worth the extra cash as both parents and children have a great time. Well done Time Twisters!

This is a great venue for children under 12. They have managed to come up with an egyptian themed soft play frame that is both fun and educational. I also loved the fact that the food is healthy so I don’t mind staying for lunch. It has a good, comfortable seating area for adults and a secure entrance and exit system so that you can sit back and relax while your kids have some fun (and exercise!). I have also heard that you can book it out after it closes if you have a minimum of 15 children (and they let adults play then too!). Good idea for rainbows, brownies, scouts etc. Highly recommended.
