History

Established in 2006.

The name FIS stands for Foster Iachetta Southgate, the surnames of the 3 founding directors. 2 years later Paul Southgate emigrated to Spain and started his own successful glass curtain company there, leaving Duncan Foster and Pasquale Iachetta as the remaining Directors. FIS originally started manufacturing windows and fitting them, but as we expanded quickly, we soon realised that we would have to buy in manufacturing in order to meet demand. We identified a manufacturer and now concentrate on making sure our fitting is the best and our customers are always happy. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction which is why a high percentage of our work is recommendations or repeat business. Our motto is 1 happy customer is at least 10 potential new customers. We do our best to keep up with trends and have added more than just UPVC windows to our range of products. We can offer Aluminium, Wood, sliding sashes in wood and UPVC, Orangeries, Glass Rooms, Bi-​fold doors, composite doors.

Business Owner

Pasquale Iachetta had 17 years in manufacturing, working his way to a managerial position running a paint card factory. He then moved into windows and gained experience in 2 companies before setting up FIS Windows in 2006. He runs the company as the MD and does all the sales himself, getting involved with the planning and execution of jobs and all areas of the business. A very conscious individual with an incredible memory for names and people.
