Have taken our labrador puppy, Charlie, (well, he’s just over 1 now) to a couple of local places and Browngates is by far the one he most enjoys.
The staff are very helpful and friendly — and you get the sense that they really like looking after the dogs (and cats).
There are a few long-​term boarders there and many returning dogs. Also, it can be very busy during holiday season so worth booking the time in advance.
On an even more positive note — Charlie always comes back full of beans, tail wagging and smelling extremely clean, with gleaming fur. All you dog owners will appreciate how nice it is to have a good smelling pooch (at least for a little while).
