An awesome Butchers, with a sumptuous display of meats, pies, oils etc. Friendly atmosphere and always buzzing with customers.
An array of meats worthy of Harrods and their Christmas specials are a delight, Turkey, duck and pheasant all in one for us again this year!
Never been disappointed here the quality is outstanding.
Can park around the back but a bit of a squeeze.

A fantastic butcher, the best sausages in the world. It is always a pleasure to go into this shop and look at the wonderful displays. Great meats cooked and uncooked from local farms and producers. You get what you pay for and the quality here is far and away the best in the area. Whenever we are having guest round for dinner this is the place to get the meat for a special occasion, the turkey is already on order for christmas!
The quality of the meats at this butchers is so good, there are a numerous restauraunts in Ilkley that use Lishmans meats and advertise the fact on their menus. Just the best!

Fantastic butcher just outside the centre of Ilkley. So much of the produce is made in-​store. Check out the delicious sausages (pork and black pudding particularly) and the home cured pancetta too. Everything you buy here is sure to be of very high quality and if you happen to come across some odd mix of meat and herbs or a dish you haven’t heard of before it’s always worth trying.
