Regency Rooms

I have only had bad experiences with this place. Some staff members really let it down. The building has the potential to be such a thriving business and the different sizes of the function rooms can cater for all types of events but it seems like the owners have given in and let it go downhill. Its in a real need of a paint job, new carpets and also a manager who can get the waste of space staff members to pull their weight alongside the hard working staff that do their best with what they have. They do charge a high rate as well for what they give. The food is below standard and the state of the place and the organisation make many parties a bit of a disaster. A real shame but unless is sorts itself out it will probably end up closing at some point as more people refuse to go there which is making it hard for the other public events they have to sell.
