Superb children’s ward, one of the receptionists in children’s A and E could be a bit friendlier but don’t know her name. Overall 5 star though.

Cons I think this is one of the worst hospitals ever. The staff is rude whether you have been admitted, are a day patient or an emergency case. The day staff and the night staff are absolutely horrid. The waiting periods are really long and god forbid if you were to get sick on the weekend and be taken to the emergency room. You could be dying in the waiting area but they will tell you to sit there for two hours at least. They even take time to dispense medicines which can take even up to 48 hrs. The toilets are filthy and wards also leave a lot to be desired. There is absolutely no patient doctor relationship because you never see the doctor but instead are surrounded by noisy rude nurses. God help us from this shambles of a hospital.
