Cranbrook The Public House

As this is a proper local persons pub I think to really enjoy yourself in here you need to be a regular, and a regular meaning your in their pretty much everyday. A dive to the core, this place does not really experience much new comers and when it does its few and far between. I tend to only ever enjoy myself in here when I’m absolutely wasted, after 3 years of coming to this pub I finally believed that this was the only way one could really enjoy it.
Anyhow, if you are in the area, and you don’t mind sitting around in a pub full of old men, surrounded by locals who are by far from eye candy for both men and women may I add then I’m sure you’ll be fine, the last time I went in their it did remind me of an old people’s home with the smell of stale urine and a couple of «old boys» playing chess or connect 4 in one corner…
Certainly not my cup of tea as the old saying goes, although they do have a cool juke box with music of all genres and a wide spread selection of liquors, but I’m afraid as far as the pub goes I’m really not a fan of the Cranbrook. Although during the summer time it’s not bad to sit outside and casually have a pint and then take a short stroll to Valentines park.
