Hunstanton Sea-Life Sanctuary

I love this place, kids love it too. Cant wait to go back. Staff very friendly.

I think like everyone else the entrance price is too high but get the vouchers and they help local newspaper is where i found mine! my little boy loved it esp as he got to touch a starfish the stingrays are my favourite! and i cant believe my little boy managed to get through the gift shop at the end and not want to buy anything so that helped too! the only thing was when we went the little rides where not workng and he was a bit keen to go on them but where switched off no sign either but in the end he was quite happy to just sit on them for a few minutes more moneysaving there! a tesco nearby too and not too far from town really and next to the fairground and lovely to step out onto the prom too

It can be rather expensive, but if you look you can usually find some vouchers giving tickets free when you buy another. Its well located on the sea front and its a great place for children and others to see the underwater world. All fish are well described and you can spend as much time as you want milling around the tanks.
The seal hospital is a very useful thing for the area as it protects the seals in the area if they need help.
If the food in the café isn’t your thing then there are plenty of other options around ouside the centre.
Its well worth a visit and can be very interseting, education and fun too.

The entrance is quite pricey but there are always vouchers around making it a reasonably priced day out. During the summer holidays (especially when the wether is bad) it can get very crowded and noisey which makes the experience less enjoyable. They have presentations and feedings throughout the day which are both enjoyable and educational, they also have a touchpool where you can handle starfish and crab etc. Their displays are updated anually so there is something new to see every year, this year they opened a new seal hospital. On site they have a gift shop, café and children’s play area so there is plenty to keep kids and adults alike amused. The café food id ok but mainly burgers, sausages, chips etc.

This place is amazing love going here well worth the price of getting in they are always doing a feeding time so it makes the visit more interesting

Great sealife centre that is fun for all ages, has café, toilets & shop. Also has lots of sea animals to look at and a touch pond were you can hold a crab, starfish and maybe a few other things.

If you love to see sea life close up then this is the place to visit. They have 2 resident seals –Amber and Sally. They rescue seal pups during the pupping season from The Wash. They have a tropical shark tank, a very successful breeding program for british sharks and rays. I visit as often as possible and am a proud sponser of Lopez the leopard shark.
