i took my lhasa apso there and i cannot reccomend it enough she comes out smelly lovely and extremely happy and is so well behaved when she goes as she is normally quite fussy and the best part is you can see her bein roomed which is lovely he lady who does her is lovely and always happy to do exactley what you want rather then telling you what she should have fantastic

I saw these «4 week old rats» that ‘yu-​gi-​oh-​no’ mentioned, I also saw the «Not For Sale» sign on the tank. When I asked the staff why they told me because they are too young and that they had to me moved from the mother due to her being aggressive with them and being a keen rat breeder myself this seem very reasonable.
Sure the shop has limited stock but when they don’t have what I’m looking for the staff always tell me where I can get it from.
I take my German Shepard to the Grooming Service too. The prices are fantastic and she is always well done
I have no complaints with this shop and will continue using it. As far as you all with the bad reviews go, you are entitled to your opinion but some of what you have said is absolute garbage…

This pet shop is appalling. It sells little in the way of anything. There is no good quality pet foods, limited toys, no enrichment items for small animals at all.
They sell no suitable housing for the animals that they sell. The hutches outside are tiny, possibly illegal according to RSPCA standards.
The animals inside are kept in dirty cramped conditions, in tiny, inappropriate cages. The last time I went in the shop was selling under age rats, about 4 weeks of age, the minimum age to sell rats is 6 weeks.
This shop is sickening and cruel and hopefully will be closed down.

I love this store. I take my very active dog to the grooming service offered by this store and he always comes out happy which tells me all I need to know. The price for my large dog is excellent at £20 compared to some others and he comes out smelling lovely!
They are always really helpful and seem to genuinely love animals which is very nice to see as many pet stores seem to care very little about the animals. The actual pet store has somewhat limited stock but they do sell small pets like rabbits and rats and mice which always look well cared for. The stock for dogs is limited but they sell the usual treats.
