History

Established in 2002.

2002 —

Jason Jones started the business after recognising that there was a need for a good old fashioned straight talking property agent that offered a hands on personal approach to renting out properties.

Jason had over 20 years experience providing good quality accommodation to people in the City and with his reputation for being straight talking and honest it wasn’t long before Mypad was on the map.

2008 —

Danny Gough joined the company after spending the previous 4 years running his successful building company that specialised in refurbishing properties for landlords big and small.

Danny shared the same values as Jason and they decided to take Mypad to the next level but maintain the core values of being honest and reliable property agents.

2012 —

Jason Jones left the business to look after his own properties and take a slower pace of life, Leaving the existing clients and tenants in the safe hands of Danny and the team.
