35 Taxis

Having read all of the recommended and unrecommended reviews all I can say is the firm has obviously improved over the last few years. I find them more professional and certainly more prompt. I expect a wait during peak periods and during rush hour after all any number of factors can cause taxis to be delayed most of them no fault of the office. The secret to a stress free journey is allow plenty of time and book in advance where possible. Works for me

You sad people I wonder if any of you moaners are from a rival taxi firm. While
at risk of sounding boring, I have used this company amongst others for a number of years, and always end up using 35 Taxi’s as they do run mostly to time, also the staff are by and large courteous so come on stop knocking this firm after all there can be ignorant people at either end of a phone.

I use 35 on a regular basis and the service is different every time, it depends on the driver. Some are brilliant and really friendly and turn up on time. Others are very moody, turn up late and blame you. Some also take you on the longest route possible which is infuriating!!! A bit hit and miss really

A taxi driver from this cab company found my number and rang me at 12.00 pm accusing me of running away from his cab, when i tried to explain that he had gotten the wrong number and i actually live in Brighton he started screaming abuse at me down the phone and so i hung up. He then persisted in calling my phone 4 more times and left me a horrible threatening message. I am really scared that he will give my number out to his freinds and that i will now have to change my number that i use for business.
It really shook me up and i don;t know what to do
i didnt want to give them even 1 star

As taxi ranks go, having worked for one a long time ago, i know how hard it is to get taxis ther on time, and keep customers happy, but the serivce from this company is abismul, the attitude of the operators are disgusting they all need sacking or some intense customer service training. I used to ask what car and colour of the car is supposed to be just round the corner, they have never told me a right one yet. I now have other numbers programmed into my phone as i refuse to use these now.

NEVER EVER EVER order a taxi from here, i went out about 5 months whilst heavily pregnant, i know it was my choice but it was a work celebration after winning an award, i prebooked my taxi for 11pm knowing i wanted to be home early. i was outside at 10 to 11, as i had had enough at 1o past i rang to see where it was and was told it had just left as it had been waiting i explained it hadnt as i was stood ther, the lady then told me anohter would be sent at quarter to 12, still stood tehre, several calls later i rang and demanded my taxi came now, she told me to f**k off as loads had come and i wasnt there and was obviously too drunk, then put the phone down on me. I had to ring my dad to come and take me home. i ahve since heard of this happenign to others.
