History

Established in 1999.

We were one of the first companies to sell laptops online. We originally started as acer​note​books​.co​.uk then branched out selling all brands via lap​tops​di​rect​.co​.uk. We have a number of other specialist websites selling TVs (directtvs​.co​.uk), Kitchen Appliances (appli​ances​di​rect​.co​.uk), Nursery Goods (bam​bin​odi​rect​.co​.uk), Air Conditioners (air​condi​rect​.co​.uk) and CCTV (iview​cam​eras​.co​.uk). We also have a business website which provides servers and professional services (servers​di​rect​.co​.uk).

Here at Laptops Direct we focus completely on our customers. We want to bring them the best possible deals coupled with a great service. Unlike other retailers we love to hear from our customers, we have a dedicated UK call centre with a team of laptop specialists ready to help our customers. As well as the website we also have two showrooms located in Huddersfield and South Normanton which give our customers the option to book online and collect in store or to pop in and have a chat and a browse.
